EmpoweringAdolescents
Our Goals
Closing the gap,
making a lifetime of difference
Adolescence can be a tumultuous time. Whether it’s the typical ups and downs of school, family life, and first romances, or more difficult issues such as parental divorce, abuse, or similarly more serious events, getting mental health support can make all the difference.
The good news is that studies have shown that adolescence is the ideal time to provide kids with important emotional skills to navigate all kinds of difficulties. Therapy given during adolescence is particularly effective at empowering kids to take their life in a positive direction of their own choosing and helping them avoid future problems.
At With Grace, we close the financial resource gap so adolescents can get high-quality therapy when it can make the most positive impact on their whole life.

How We Help
No red tape,
the process is simple
With Grace pays for therapy for adolescents who live in any of New York City’s five boroughs who could not otherwise afford the cost of therapy. We evaluate financial need on a case-by-case basis in a very straightforward way. Immigration status of the child or their parents does not matter.

Who We Serve
Serving adolescents
across New York City
Adolescent age kids who live in any of New York City’s five boroughs, regardless of immigration or citizenship status, are eligible to have therapy paid in full by With Grace if their family doesn’t have the resources to pay for it. The process is straightforward. If you need help finding a therapist for an adolescent, and having therapy paid for, email us.
Raising awareness
about mental health
With Grace helps raise awareness about the value of mental health and creates specialized programming, such as presentations and talks by mental health professionals. If your community-based organization, place of worship, or club would like to be part of raising awareness in your community, email us so we can connect you with a mental health professional with the right background to create a program that gets into the issues that are most important to your friends and neighbors.
